The passengers known as ‘Change Visa’ of more than 100 countries who pass through Gheshm have created a good occasion in order to benefit from the island potentials and capacities available there and introduce the culture, customs, natural and historical attraction to other countries and absorb investors there, too. It goes without saying that the services quality promotion would have positive effect on the passengers’ satisfaction so in the study the following parameters’ effect on the ‘Visa Change’ passengers’ satisfaction are examined including services quality, available information technology, communications services, personnel's behaviour and good prices; and then related hypotheses are verified and finally some suggestions are proposed for both private and governmental companies who serves in field of ‘Change Visa’ passengers.
