Relationship of government, university and industrial development1

Nowadays in changing world, the work and activity have gotten new forms. We have seen considerable revolutions in different socio-cultural regions. In other words, a society can develop rapidly by establishment of required human resources backgrounds and equipment based on entrepreneurship methods and manner. By using this capability the other society and organization resources can be organized toward valuing, development and management.

Entrepreneur can changed unpleasant conditions to the best way, they performance an important role in development and economical growth in different society.

Iran encounters with economical difficult high rate of unemployment and in order to freedom of difficult in governmental-private sector need to courage, creative, and innovative entrepreneurs. Bilateral relationship between university and industry can provide the back ground for entrepreneurship cultures for example. Training entrepreneur persons is important for all countries especially developed countries like Iran.
