This paper deals with perception of employee and management towards the HRIS model with the Age level of Respondent in Karnataka power corporation limited(KPCL) in Bangalore with respect to Record Keeping, Hiring, Orientation and Training, Employee Communication, Discipline and Termination. The main objective of this paper whether the non-managerial or managerial employee they will satisfied for implementing HRIS model in KPCL company.
