In this article, after discussion about the science of the source managements, it have been investigated the effective variables to industrialize of the construction. Then it have been investigated the effectiveness rate a optimum management to decrease of the construction cost and improve the architecture and the construction qualities and present the executive ways to industrialize at the Conformity to adopt with the environment conditions and the stable expansion aims. In this regard it has been used of the method like swat matrix to analyze effective scale and finally it present the recommended ways toward the stable expansion to industrialize the construction.
