Abstract

In this contemporary world, the most widely discussed issues are ecological and environmental friendliness, which interests both the marketing practitioners as well as the consumers, by this it is evident the degree of importance to be given to green education. The trend of green mania is not going to stop because; day by day the pollution is increasing and causing harm to the environment. By keeping this into observation green entrepreneurship would be a fruitful option for future generation. The present research article shall throw light on the importance of green education in building green entrepreneurs and to know the importance of entrepreneur education at various levels.

This research article is making a sincere effort to build a model that depicts the channels that are educating and influencing an individual to learn, equip and implement the theoretical aspects of entrepreneurship and green education to become a green entrepreneur. Hence the study has been undertaken and research article is titled as ‘Green Education as a building block for Green Entrepreneurship – A Conceptual Framework’.
