Abstract

This paper aims to analyse the influence of library facilities and services on TQM of management libraries. The authors investigate the influence of facility and services on TQM through a survey based on structured questionnaire. The data were collected in 53 libraries of management colleges using a structured questionnaire. One way ANOVA was employed to find out difference between excellent, adequate and inadequate facilities and services on TQM scores. Results revealed that management libraries with excellent facilities had higher TQM scores on selected components of staff management, Training and development strategy and in total TQM scores. Management libraries with excellent services had higher TQM scores on selected component of resources and in total TQM scores. The authors conclude the article by providing suggestions to improve the TQM services in management libraries.
