Knowledge should have the capability to be transmitted among people and to be improved as a capital in order for a corporation to be succeeded. The knowledge management would be able to enhance the corporative learning which can bring about knowledge. The informed corporations are well aware that knowledge is the reflective capital and is the only capital changed by the time and if it is controlled effectively, it can save its creativity and competitive status of corporation. The knowledge management is the process which comes to the aid of corporations in identifying, selecting, distributing, and transmitting of indispensable information which is counted as part of the corporation and often exists as incomplete structures. The environmental circumstances are infinite competitions, complex, static, and insecure ones so that the corporations are not able to guarantee their lifelong and the framework anymore through making changes in the surface systems like systems style, structure technology changing.Also, they cannot overcome the challenges and win the race over their creative, keen, innovative, and opportunist rivals through having only a small number of individuals. They should provide enough circumstances so that the whole staff would have the knowledge management spirit and would be able to make their activities into practice in the form of either groups or individuals. This study has been made aiming at surveying the relationship between knowledge management with creativity and corporative learning (the case understudy is the West Azarbaijan Iran Insurance). The population under study is the staff of West Azarbaijan Iran Insurance who has been selected as 77 samples with random sampling method. The data collecting tools is the questionnaire based on the Likert spectrum. The results obtained from the research show that there is no significant relationship between knowledge management with creativity and corporative learning.
