Job creating, ingenuity and perilous marketing pave the way for the advanced economy. The global economy approaches the fundamental alterations, hence the organizations and manufacture industries are not considered as exempt. The peripheral circumstances are infinite, relentless, complex, dynamic and uncertain competitions so that the organizations are not able to guarantee the longterm construction of themselves through superstructural modifications such as making change in systems methods. In addition, they are not able to overcome the challenges relevant to underrate, active, innovative and opportunist rivals through employing a number of creative individuals or implementing some job-creating projects. They are supposed to provide appropriate terms so as for the employers to be jobcreators and would be able to run their job-creating activities continuously either in pairs or in groups, thus this term requires introducing a new phenomenon called “Organizational Job-Creating”. This research has been made aiming at the survey of how the employers’ characteristics and organizational elements contribute to job-creating in Iran Insurance, West Azarbaijan branch. The population being studied includes the employers of West Azarbaijan's Iran Insurance who have been chosen as 77 individuals through using random sampling method. The questionnaire is used as data collector tool based on Likert spectrum. The results reveal that there is a significant relation between the skills and individual characteristics relevant to job-creating and the amount of organizational job-creating. Also, the amount of organizational job-creating is not different affected by age and sex variables.
