There is a drastic change in the present organisational culture and society, so it is essential to understand the Innovative practices for the smooth functioning in the organization.Karnataka state road transport corporation (KSRTC) an organization under the control of Government of Karnataka, India, has been under the process of complete change, during the last few years in innovative practices. In the present challenging and competitive Business Environment, it is essential to practice, Innovations in the organization for success and survival. This paper aims to understand the concept of Innovative Practice on KSRTC services and understanding importance of Bus transport service. Finally this paper concludes by knowing of Innovative Practices of state road transport system.
