Prevalence of anaemia as per the World Health Organization (WHO) recommended cut-off value of haemoglobin, among these women's was 55.8%. The frequency of the prevalence of anaemia was significantly higher amongst these population of women's. Results of the study population reveal that 55.8% (292) were anemic and normal were 44.1% (231), Therefore our study results suggest that the women's should bescreened periodically and appropriate measures should be taken.
