On the Relationship between Parenting Stress and Opposition Defiant Disorder

Abstract

In the recent years, psychologists and psychiatrists and researchers have received that opposition defiant disorders children on the parents environmental conditions and their behavior how have greatly impressed that it has also been studied. The goal of the present research is the study relationship between parenting stress and opposition defiant disorders children. The methods this study is a correlation, in which (200) parents of children having disorder have selected to simple randomization modeling methods and they have responded to parenting stress Questionnaires(1990-PSI) and children symptoms(CSI-4-1996). To analyze the data Pearson's correlation coefficient was used. The results of researches have been shown in which there is a significant relationship between depression and social loneliness parents and ODD disorders. But there is not significant relationship between relations with spouse. Therefore, to create the better educational conditions for learning to parents of children and mental health of the parents.
