Libraries exist for the service of the library users. Academic libraries need to be responsive to the needs of its user community. Librarians in the earlier days used to collect the responses of the users through feedback forms and suggestion box. With the advent of the Social Media, it is even faster to collect the user responses. This paper explores the possibility of utilizing Social Media for the purpose of response collection and being interactive with the user community. Through the study, it was found out that the library users are very receptive about responding to libraries through social media.
