Organisational stress is a widely studied phenomenon. It is to be noted that when employees at the workplace are stressed out, and feel depleted, this would affect their satisfaction and generate learned helplessness. As, a result their performance level and competence would also be effected. With this, view, the researcher aims to draw an exclusive framework to gain an insight about organizational stress and its linkage with learned helplessness, satisfaction and performance altogether. On the basis of the results of the various researchers and the core concepts of the study, the researcher attempts to draw these linkages. Secondly, research gaps have been identified in the study of inter-linkages between various constructs of the present research work. The framework of linkages among the various constructs will facilitate the management to draw attention in developing organizational culture and policies in order to minimize role stress and learned helplessness that in turn links with performance, satisfaction among the employees.
