There are different two wheeler manufacturing companies in the world. Among them, many companies are manufacturing two wheelers with Petrol Engines only. On the other hand, some companies are manufacturing the two wheelers which can be operated through Electric Power rather than petrol. The Driving license and Insurance are not required for E.Bikes. The vehicle Registration numbers are also not given to E.Bikes by the Regional Transport Office. In this study, an attempt has been made by the researcher to study the perception of E.Bike riders so as to classify the customers’ satisfaction and also analyze the problems faced by the customers in Coimbatore District.
