Abstract

To operate effectively in international business all managers need to develop an understanding of the global marketplace, as it affects the business directly or indirectly. This compels the organizations to promote continuous communication between their global enterprises. Managers play a critical role in coordinating a business strategy, which can allow them the flexibility to act locally while devoting time and attention globally. To carry out the responsibility efficiently, the managers require adequate competencies which can aid them in implementing their tasks both locally as well as globally.
