The state cannot strengthen its power and prestige in the world only with the help of money and armedforces. The country can expand its sphere of influence through cultural reforms. However, no matter how different cultures differ from each other, there are wide opportunities for their development due to objective laws, interactions, interconnectedness and mutual enrichment. The national culture, history, customs, traditions, language, literature and art of each nation are reflected in the national culture of each nation. The desire to live leads to it and continues to do so. It comes in the form of different conditions, speeds, changes.
