Abstract

Subtropical fruits are distinguished from oter fruits by their healing properties, sensitivity, richness in nutrients and vitamins, the methods of storing these fruits are of interest to all. In order to provide the population with fruits throughout the year, it is certainly useful to know how to store subtropical fruits. The main task of food storage is to preserve their physicochemical composition, i.e. appearance, color, taste, as well as nutritional value and other properties. When organizing a fig collection, it is important to keep in mind that its fruits are prone to cracking when slightly unfavorable conditions occur, so the fruits are picked selectively during the ripening period.
