The paper is an investigation of the situation. The case of State v. Sushil Sharma is often referred to as the "Tandoor Murder Case." The discovery of a woman's burned corpse cut into pieces at a tandoor restaurant in Delhi shocked the country's morale to unprecedented heights. This scenario has clearly shown the repulsion of the human mind when confused and enraged. The paper would be a point of view on how the conviction was based only on circumstantial evidence and why it wasn't fair not to sentence the prisoner to death.
