The following article deals with the pedagogical and psychological basis for ensuring the active participation of women in the state and society in the community on the basis of a synergistic approach. Increasing the socio-political and social activity of women in our country, creating conditions for them to realize their abilities and potential in various fields and sectors, ensuring unconditional observance of their rights and legitimate interests, comprehensive support for motherhood and childhood, as well as the family.
