The paper discusses issues related to factors affecting the uniform and dynamic development of enterprises.Innovation plays a very important role in ensuring long-term activity in the market of all enterprises, in creating economic and market potential and in increasing their competitive advantages.That is why the state constantly has a need to stimulate the innovative development of an enterprise.

At the same time, local authorities should take an active part in the financial support of innovative enterprises, adjust the areas of enterprises activities for which the preparation and implementation of an innovative product is carried out, develop a network of effective vocational guidance services, provide them with the opportunity to receive from the state an addition to funds in the form of preferential long-term loan.

The organization of financing the innovative activities of enterprises requires: creating favorable conditions for increasing the level of income based on employment; improve the system of preferential taxation, lending, use of repayable loans and other economic instruments for financing the innovative development of enterprises.
