Abstract

Each plant can withstand a certain temperature according to its biological properties. In the developmental ontogeny of plants, resistance to cold or high temperatures is considered unchanged. In ontogenesis, the interrelationship of genetic factors and environmental factors can be seen. Theoretical Concepts of Introduction I. Vavilov, N. V.It was developed and scientifically substantiated in the continuous scientific work of Tsitsin and P.I. Lapin. One of the latest new methods is the informative method, which determines the resistance of vital processes to acclimatization and deaclimation, or the cold weather resistance of metabolism in cells. Due to their perennial evolution, fruit trees are exposed to unfavorable external climatic conditions for many years in winter, autumn and spring. During their perennial evolution, trees adapt to specific soil climates in specific areas or areas where they grow. It adapts to different conditions from growing to fruiting and during the dormancy period.
