Abstract

The continuous improvement and development of information and communication technologies (ICT), the accumulation of colossal amounts of information, the increased requirements for the qualifications of workers, the rapid obsolescence of knowledge require a person to constantly improve the educational level, expand information and communication competence (ICT competence).
