This article describes the ongoing reforms in the field of preschool education and their legal framework. The issues of formation of ecological knowledge and culture in pupils of preschool educational institutions are also analyzed. Recommendations for the formation of environmental knowledge and culture have been developed since early childhood. The training demonstrated the advantages of using project technology. Wise sayings on the subject of education have been studied analytically.
