This article discusses about the analysis of interregional cooperation of Russian Federation, United States of America, People`s Republic of China, European Union and Uzbekistan. The Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) has created a regulatory framework for interregional cooperation which has achieved certain results in development of relations between the regions, based on the specific interests of each country.
