This article deals with the ethical issues of the theater, the early days of K.S. Stanislavsky's career in the theater, and the students to whom the actors' theatrical activities are directed. Recommendations are given on the role of art and theater, the order in which actors work with the director and the creative team. The role of K.S. Stanislavsky's “Ethics” in the development of theatrical art, ethical principles based on the life of the theater community, the main ethical requirements are given.
