Technology of moral and aesthetic education of future teachers with a focus on personal improvement in universities of Uzbekistan

Educational influence and influence on students is of great importance in the moral and aesthetic formation of the personality of future teachers. This article addresses these issues. In the state educational policy of Uzbekistan, the need for spiritual-aesthetic and spiritual-moral education of students is especially emphasized - certainly on the synthesis of national and universal values. At the same time, changes are needed in curricula, in the pedagogical system, technology of education and upbringing, a bold search for optimal methods of effective methods, educational and effective means; with special attention to the personality of the future specialist, its improvement.
