This article examines the formation of cognitive activity in students through the heritage of Uzbek ancestors. Our ancestors - Jadids Fitrat, Chulpan, Kadiri, Behbudi, and Munavvarkori -did not build houses and did not seek wealth for themselves. Their only treasure was the libraries they built with hard-earned money.
