This article examines some of the features of the use of innovative technologies in the process of teaching the visual arts as a means of increasing the effectiveness of students' mastering of knowledge and skills in the visual arts.The use of information and communication technologies is becoming an integral part of the lessons of almost all types of subjects in school education. The development of science and technology, the widespread penetration of innovative technologies into new areas of scientific and practical activity make new demands on school education.
