The results of further deepening democratic reforms and the development of civil society in Uzbekistan are reflected in the active participation of young people with scientific potential in making important decisions. Further expansion of its institutional boundaries will increase the number of actors in the political process that can mediate between the state and civil society. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's concept of "dialogue with the people" has become a political basis for increasing the participation of citizens in the political process. An order of democratic order and freedom was introduced in the society. Citizens' trust in government agencies has been formed. People began to view government agencies and civil society institutions as protective institutions for themselves. Much attention was paid to the formation of an active civil position in society.Young people are directly involved in the process of state and society building, the process of improving the political system of society and the modernization of all spheres of society. The task is to develop a model for the implementation of state youth policy, which can be integrated into youth policy, and to study scientific and practical developments related to the improvement of mechanisms and technologies used in it.
