Abstract

This article covers information about the features of the development of professional creativity of managers in a healthy environment of managerial activity. The article also examines the organizational and regulatory foundations for creating a healthy and creative environment in management activities based on the managerial skills of managers in the context of modernization of education, examines the criteria, factors of professional creativity of the manager and his optimal development, indicators of the level of development of professional creativity in accordance with the requirements of the modern education system.
