Peculiarities of chinese transnational companies (On the example of sinopec)

The article looks at the concept ofpeculiarities of Chinese transnational companies (on the example of sinopec). The Chinese leadership strategically explains the development of its TMKs by establishing Chinese TMKs and substantiating the order of their evolutionary processes. Dividing into different stages of "maturity" in terms of the emergence of TMCs in the Chinese economic system, can be divided into four categories (categories) on the reasons for foreign investment of Chinese enterprises. Having done an extensive analysis of the research materials, the author makes a conclusion about the urgency strengthening measures for social protection of the population in order to avoid furthereconomic recession.
