Social Justice, Caste and Identity: A Contemporary Discourse

Caste-based identity and social justice are significant facets of modern Indian society that influence its political dynamics, social structure, and economic environment. Despite strong efforts toward social reform and modernization, the caste system-rooted deeply in history-continues to exert a significant influence on various aspects of Indian life. This research paper presents a fair evaluation of the severity of caste-based injusticein modern India, the dimensions of identity politics, and the effectiveness as well as limitations of social justice policies.
