Cashless Medical treatment is the way forward for those requiring medical treatment in the future. It implies that the patient or employee has been covered by medical insurance. Medical insurance offers the solution for the high cost of treatment associated with medical treatment. If a patient wants to gets quality treatment they either choose research centers from the government or corporate hospitals. More often than not the costs associated with such treatments are exorbitantly high and the only way to mitigate the cost for most of the population is Medical insurance. Further medical insurance is the employee hygiene factor and benefit offered by most public sector organizations and corporate institutions. An effort has been made in this paper to understand the satisfaction levels of a corporate user or employee of cashless medical treatment.
