Parent satisfaction from children schools are strongly related with the quality of education, which is being provided by school administration. Several factors influencing parental satisfaction from quality of education and services provided by the schools including teachers' capacity, standard curriculum, environment, technology equipment, teachers-student ratio, physical facilities and communication. No research has been done on parents' satisfaction in Kandahar city at any public and private schools. To fill the existed gap, study was needed to be conducted on parents' satisfaction for contributing with ministry of education to implement the policy based on available data to satisfy parents from the quality of education, to achieve their aims of providing quality education and services for their societies. Since parents are more involved in primary and secondary levels, the current study discovered parents' satisfaction in Kandahar city from their children's school, educating from grade 1st-9th. This research has been conducted in primary and secondary schools of Kandahar city private and public schools and 200 parents were selected through simple random sampling. Both male and female parents/guardians who direct influence their children's education. the study is descriptive in nature in which quantitative questionnaire was used for collecting data. The collected data was analyzed with SPSS IBM 24 version. The findings revealed that over all majority of parents were satisfied from the teachers-child interaction, teacher-parent interaction, peer interaction of the schools.
