Improvement of household foundationmanagement in conceptual usage of cost benefit manufacturing perspectives

This article provides suggestions and recommendations on the management of housing and communal services in the Republic of Uzbekistan, current situation in this sector requires modern concept of economic development to improve of housing management. In the beginning of the article we learned some theories about household principles. Furthermore, we analyzed how modern management system should be applicable for this sector with the various approaches. We used secondary date for statistical analyses. Current status of the household foundation management clearly presented in accordance with the decree of the head of the state of Uzbekistan. However, efficiency in management cannot be achieved by simply introducing new equipment and techniques into practice. In accordance with our research, the introduction of the effective use of modern management methods and technologies is of paramount importance of the relevant topic.
