Nowadays, in the world, studies are being conducted in many areas related to the regulation of land use relations and the formation of mechanisms in this regard. For example, the issues of the sharpening of the redistribution of lands, the prevention of the decline in the economic productivity of lands and the shortage of investment in it, along with natural factors in the management of land degradation, the impact of economic factors, in the this prevention of the outflow of agricultural land from circulation are in the sentence.
