A comparative study of job involvement among minority and non-minority managed secondary school teachers

Abstract

The study aimed to compare the Job Involvement of minority and non-minority managed secondary school teachers of western Uttar Pradesh. Descriptive type of research design was used. Simple random sampling technique was used to collect the data. Statistics employed are mean, SD, and t-test. A sample of 200 minority and 200 non-minority managed institution teachers of secondary schools of west U.P. was randomly selected. In this study no significant difference was found between the minority and non-minoritymanaged secondary schoolteachers as far as their Job Involvementis concerned.
