Abstract

This paper investigates major points of the effect of heat treatment of potatoes and tomatoes on the content of residues of Zenkor herbicide. Both methodological and theoritical analyses were conducted in the points of the residues of Zenkorherbicide. In conclusion, research has pinpointed on outcomes and shortcomings as the whole.
