The school is in existence to serve the educational needs of its community. The role of a teacher is to make students connect and focus on the good values and usefulness of their education for the development of the society and country. The schools are accountable for the development of the future generation. The performance of schools depends on the performance of their school teachers. The process of enhancing a school teacher's present and future effectiveness leads to development. The present study focuses on studying the perception of school teachers on organisational effectiveness in Coimbatore city.
