Growth stimulation and root formation activity of the immobilized cells had been studied on phosphorite flour. Those immobilized cells of the salt tolerant phosphorus mobilizing rhizobacteria of cotton from genera Bacillus and Paenibacillus had been stored for 4 years. The experiment results have determined that immobilized cells have preserved their growth stimulation and root formation activity better in comparison with free cells.
