Mobile Radiation and Its Health Impacts

Abstract

The study aims to ascertain the knowledge of Mobile Radiation and its impact on health.

Findings revealed that most of the student (43.33%) were in the age group of 16–18 years. 70% of student were male and 42% of the student were female. 70% student are using smart phones. During pre-test 30% student had moderately adequate knowledge and 70% student had inadequate knowledge whereas, during post-test 73.33% student had adequate knowledge, 26.67% student had moderate adequate knowledge. Collected data was analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics.

The findings of the present study showed that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test knowledge level of students about Mobile radiation and its effect on health.
