Abstract

In women’s lives balancing family roles has become a key personal and family issue for many societies. There are many facets in mother’s lives that subject to stresses. They deal with home and family issues as well as job stress on a daily basis. Imbalance in family life arises due to a number of factors. Various factors appear to strengthen the brunt of pressure on women. The question was raised whether there is a relationship between stress and family difficulties. In addition to the health symptoms that are brought on by stress, these additional health problems can develop in women exposed to stress over long periods of time. A personal wellness plan with built-in periods of recovery and self-care can help women manage stress and empower themselves to make healthy life changes.
