Preeclampsia is a significant cause of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality worldwide. Implementing effective community-based prevention strategies can help reduce its incidence and complications. This review examines evidence-based strategies for preventing preeclampsia in community settings, focusing on risk identification, lifestyle modifications, dietary interventions, and community health education programs. Additionally, it explores the role of healthcare policies, early diagnosis, and targeted interventions in minimizing preeclampsia-related adverse outcomes. A multidisciplinary approach involving healthcare professionals, policymakers, and local communities is essential to mitigate its impact on maternal and neonatal health.
