Organizational and legal aspects of reducing the shadow economy: Analysis of international and national experience

Abstract

Reducing the shadow economy is one of the urgent issues of today for developing countries. However, it can destroy all economic sector of country and government. As a result, negative consequences such as stratification, corruption, factionalism may appear in the society.This leads to the deterioration of the lifestyle of citizens and the limitation of the state's capabilities.

The article analyzes the shadow economy, the main factors affecting its formation and development, as well as the ways to fight effectively against the shadow economy in Uzbekistan, comparing it with the practice of foreign countries. Conclusions and recommendations on the studied issues are given in the article.
