The focus on new technologies in all sectors is growing and Banking Industry is also not exception to it. Internet Banking has the potential to transform the banking business as it significantly lowers transaction and delivery costs. So it is essential for banks to know about the customer adoption of Internet Banking service & their satisfaction level for the same. The paper is based on descriptive research design & questionnaire and interviews are used to collect the primary data from banking customers. This paper highlights the Internet Banking services most preferred by customers & the obstacles faced by them. Conclusions of paper reveal the impact of customers’ demographic on the usage of Internet Banking & also provide some suggestions to improve the quality of Internet Banking service.
