Training is required to cover essential work related skills, techniques and knowledge. Much of these section deals with taking a positive progressive approach to this sort of traditional training. In the business environment, we are dealing with many different generations, each having diverse wants, needs, goals, and aspirations. The management knows about their employee's feelings, the easier it is to manage their behavior to help them grow and the economy will prosper. Training is a systematic development of knowledge, skills and attitudes required by employees to perform adequately on a given task or job. All organizations employing people need to train and develop their staffs. Workers training and development are based on the premise that employee skills need to be improved for organizations to grow. Those who have skills would benefit less from the training and those who don't learn to acquire some. The overall outcome is not what the skills the employee has but rather what skills the individuals have instilled those are congruent to the environment in which they work.
