The purpose of current study is investigate the factors affecting on knowledge management fulfillment in Mellat banks of Shiraz city. This is an application study in which descriptive – measuring (square) model is used. Populations include 1394 employees of Mellat banks among whom 297 ones were selected as the sample by use of Morgan's’ and Kruse's table and simple random sampling. Instrument includes a questionnaire consisted of 60 closed questions. Validity of the questionnaire was estimated with the help of viewpoints of seven managers and its validity was determined using Cronbach's alpha (%94). In order to analyze data, Pearson correlation test and multiple regression was used. From the results, it becomes clear that fulfillment of knowledge management is positively affected by four factors organizational culture, organizational strategies, human resource and information technology.
