The main purpose of this study is investigating the relationship between Altman Z-Score and employees’ performance. The final sample includes 129 nonfinancial companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2013. Study results using EGLS method show that employees’ performance increases the Altman Z-Score in the companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange.
