Abstract

Despite the fact that huge investments have been made in the application of information technology in the realm of banking, respective reports reveal although some of users access technologies, they don't use such technologies. The said topic detects certain researches to be conducted for identifying the determining elements of accepting internet banking systems by users. The main goal of this research is to designate the relationship between perceived security and trust in internet banking in the viewpoint of bank customers. This research is applied type and descriptive in term of its goal. Statistical sample members of this research were 390 customers of the bank. Respective data was collected using a questionnaire of which validity and reliability have been studied. Research hypothesis has been examined using a structural equation model. According to the results obtained, perceived security has a positive and meaningful effect on trust in internet banking.
