Abstract

The necessity of public education on how to make a better use of electronic banking facilities and banking in the new method, is an issue which is not limited to our country and today, the banking sector in many developing countries and even developed ones have been applied such trainings in their working program so the cost of construction, purchase and maintenance, electronic facilities are compensated with high levels of public use of them and the safety coefficient of the using of these facilities is provided to the extent that it relates to the customer. In the present study, the impact of Shiraz Refah bank staff training on increasing the utilization of electronic banking services by customers and providing training model appropriate to the bank has been studied. The population includes all Shiraz Refah bank employees which are 250 people. The sample size was determined by using Kerjesi and Morgan table of 152 people. The results of this research are applicable into different areas and its method is survey and correlation. For determining the stability of the questionnaires, Cronbach's alpha coefficient (the questionnaire of educational models 0/925 and the questionnaire of electronic banking 0/912) and for determining the reliability of the questionnaires, the content validity was used. To analyze the data, at the level of descriptive statistics, the indicators such as frequency and percent and drawing tables and graphs and at the level of inferential statistics, the regression and variance are used.
